Genuine billing errors — duplicate charges, or charges after a confirmed cancellation — are refunded outside the 3-day window with no time limit. Send the receipt and we fix it. Unhappy at any point after day 3? Reach out anyway: every request gets a real review by a human, and we do our best to make it right.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. By purchasing, you agree to contact us and give us the chance to resolve any billing issue before initiating a card dispute.

PROMPTLRD sells one-time digital downloads — ZIP archives containing AI-employee prompt templates, a configurator app, and supporting documentation. Pricing tiers (Starter, Business, Enterprise) determine the size and scope of the included library.
Free updates are included for the lifetime of the product. Enterprise includes 1 year of new-employee additions. We don't pre-commit to a feature roadmap; updates ship when they ship.
promptlrd.com is hosted on Vercel and uses third-party services (Stripe, Resend) for payment and email. We aim for high uptime but don't offer a contractual SLA. If you can't reach your download page, your Stripe receipt email contains a stable link that works as long as your session is paid.
PROMPTLRD is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the product. Maximum liability is capped at the amount you paid.
